Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted by our team (1-7 business days), we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We DO NOT accept returns for change of mind. We will not offer refunds for change of mind.

We DO NOT accept refunds for long awaited delivery times. If the order has not arrived 30 days after expected delivery time estimate (AUS POST) - we can then discuss the appropriate outcome.

Damages and issues

If your item has been damaged during transit, you are required to take your parcel/packaging as received to your local post office. They will need to first assess the damaged parcel for a review, before a return or replacement can be issued.

If you have received the wrong item, or a defected item please contact us and we can find a suitable solution to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
