We do not accept returns, so please be certain before making your purchase. All sales are final.

Since our products are made to order, we encourage you to carefully review your order and ensure it’s the right choice before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@puretechne.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To proceed, we will require photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we have this information, we will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Please note: All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or resolution.
